FYI: Dr. Jean-Paul Boudreau named University President and Vice-Chancellor at Mount Alllison University

SACKVILLE, NB - At a meeting on March 12, 2018, Mount Allison University's Board of Regents agreed to appoint Dr. Jean-Paul Boudreau as the University's 15th President and Vice-Chancellor. He is expected to begin his five-year term as President on July 1, 2018.

FYI: Dr. David MaGee named UNB Vice-President Research

The following is an excerpt from UNB's release:

UNB is pleased to announce that the search committee for vice-president research has recommended Dr. David MaGee for the position. His recommendation was approved by the Board of Governors on Feb. 22.

Dr. MaGee has served as acting vice-president research since July 1, 2017, while a search committee sought a permanent appointment.

The Board of Governors of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology has named business dean and management scholar, Steven Murphy, PhD, as the university’s new President and Vice-Chancellor. Dr. Murphy will start his new position on March 1, 2018.

KBRS has launched its new Student Advisory Service.  Designed for grade 9, 10, 11, 12 and post-secondary students and their parents, the service provides advice, insight and coaching to support academic success and effective academic and career exploration.  The four-module program is delivered by experienced and highly qualified educators and advisors.  Each module is designed to address a specific formative time in a student’s academic life.
