Chief Financial Officer/ Managing Director, Finance & Accounting

Reporting to the CEO & Managing Partner and as a member of the leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Managing Director, Finance & Accounting  will play an important role in the leadership of the overall business with specific responsibility for the oversight of financial reporting, risk management and audit, budgeting, performance management, financial planning, internal controls, pricing and profitability analysis, and leadership of the finance team.  You will be responsible for the ongoing development and oversight of the financial processes and internal controls required to keep pace with the demands of the firm and all associated regulatory/compliance requirements. You will also develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A hands-on business and financial expert, you will ensure the company has the right financial resources and the functional capabilities to support the achievement of its strategic path, while safeguarding the company'€™s assets and financial stability.  You will consistently provide reliable financial advice, strategic accurate analysis, and good judgment while making sound recommendations upon which significant business decisions can be made.

As the ideal candidate, you have a professional accounting designation and a post-secondary degree, combined with many years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably with experience in a professional services organization.  You are a big-picture thinker who is comfortable working at both a strategic and tactical level and your deep client service orientation is at the heart of your effort. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to relay financial analytics to the leadership team in a clear manner and your detail orientation, problem solving, and decision-making skills are unmatched.
